Network Controls and Electric is awarded Federal prime contract


(Columbia, SC), July 7, 2010 – Network Controls and Electric – a leading supplier of structured cabling, electrical and technology infrastructure — has been named the prime contractor for the installation of structured cabling andtechnology at McEntire Joint Air National Guard station in Eastover, SC.

“We are pleased to function as the prime contractor on this work and appreciate the nod from the US Air Force,” said Brad Cunningham, President and CEO of Network Controls and Electric.

As the prime contractor, Network Controls and Electric will provide CAT 6 horizontal cabling, fiber optic cable to the desktop and a fiber and copper backbone for the 169th Operations Center Renovation for Building 249. The project commenced on July 6th and will continue for sixty days under the initial
base bid.
