The NC&E staff is a very hands-on, tight-knit group. We all work together to provide our customers with the quality services they deserve. Each member of our staff brings different skills and experiences to the table, which allows us to be equipped for any challenge or task we may face.

Blake Clyborne

Principle

As the owner of NC&E Blake has a wide range of responsibilities but his main focus falls as our main project estimator and business development leader. Blake’s father started the company in 1990 and has been successfully working in the Upstate market for over 3 decades. Blake strives to carry forward the good reputation and quality craftsmanship that NC&E has had since the business’ inception.

Fitz Ellerbe

Operations Manager

The majority of Fitz’s responsibilities revolve around business operations and financial management for NC&E, he also assists as needed with project estimating, project management, recruiting, and overall strategic planning for the business.

Keith Covington

Project Manager

Keith is NC&E’s most seasoned project manager with 20+ years of experience in the electrical industry. Keith is responsible for managing many of NC&E’s largest and most complex projects. Keith is also responsible for managing the manpower needs for the company in order to complete all our projects successfully and on schedule.

Louis Sanders

Project Manager

As a project manager for NC&E Louis is responsible for multiple on going projects at a time. He manages the manpower, materials, owner/general contractor coordination, and schedule for each project under his management. Louis came to NC&E with a background in engineering and has be able to use that experience to transition into a very successful and effective project manager.

Chris Cady

Service Manager

Chris has been with NC&E for 9 years and has been one of NC&E’s most reliable and efficient on-site electricians for many years. Just recently Chris made the transition to service manager and has hit the ground running. Chris is responsible for managing and coordinating all service related projects such as lighting upgrades, electrical repairs, service improvements, etc. Chris’ knowledge as an electrician has made him a valuable asset in this role.

Summer Gillespie

Payroll/Accounting Manager

Summer is responsible for our weekly payroll, accounts payable, project invoicing and data entry. Summer is a vital member of the NC&E team and the glue that holds to ship together. She has many years of accounting experience and is constantly helping NC&E better our process.

Kelly Jenko

Office Manager

Kelly’s roll is to keep our office in check. She helps NC&E in all aspects of the business from assisting with payroll and accounting needs, to employee benefits, to planning employee outings and company events. Kelly has been working with NC&E for over 10 years and is Blake’s sister, she is an integral part of this family owned business.

Beth Jefferson

Accounting Manager

Beth has been working with NC&E for over 20 years, there is no one that knows and understands the inner working of the business better than Beth. Beth on a day to day helps manage data entry, filing, project billing, and much more. Beth is extraordinarily knowledgeable in our accounting software and manages all of our annual updates and tax data.
